What to expect from us!

The starting point!

You’ve chosen to use us as your point of sale software retail provider – a trusted and reliable company used world wide! Our team will contact you and introduce ourselves. The team will go through your schedule for the ‘Go Live’ process. Intelligent Retail® will organise your POS hardware and POS software, training sessions, migrating any existing data and address any questions you may have. We’re there every step of the way!

Setting up your software

Next will be to get you set up with our POS software, Connect. If you are using your current hardware, the team will install everything you need to get your started. Or, if we will provide you with all your POS hardware, including touch screens, integrated EFTPOS, barcode scanners and printers – everything you need!

Training

Now that you’ve got Connect POS set up – you’re ready to be a master and learn how to use Connect to increase your sales! There are two types of training methods that we offer, depending on what works best for you. We can meet you on site and offer a face to face training experience or we can remotely link to your store and train you over the phone. Having two different ways offers a little more flexibility to fit into your busy schedule!

The finishing touches

The final step is to add the final finishing touches to ensure a smooth transition. We can offer services such as moving any data from your existing POS system to Connect, including product pricing, supplier data and more. Our Support team will be there at every step to help you.
