What we do
Intelligent Retail® is the first company to design a multichannel retail solution specifically around the needs of the multichannel independent retailers encompassing in-store PoS systems, eCommerce, mail order, telephone orders as well as online marketplaces. We prefer to look at it as a business management system because it helps in so many areas of the business.
Our system called Connect is developed by a team that includes independent retailers, a business analyst trained at Harrods, software developers with over 20 years experience and an MBA qualified business manager. It came about when the owners of an independent retail business wanted a system to cover all sales channels in their company. When a suitable product could not be found, Intelligent Retail® was formed and we developed our own. Connect multichannel is now helping retailers across the UK and Ireland to reap the rewards of improved profitability from increased revenue and reduced costs. As the team expanded, we have moved into new retail sectors with what many believe is one of the finest retail systems available on the market today.
